Returns

We’re happy to exchange or refund your purchase from Polar Feet Ltd within 35 days of delivery if the product is unworn (in perfectly NEW condition) and in its original packaging with the tags on (as applicable).

** Christmas shopping returns extension. We understand that you may be shopping early. We will accept gift returns if you have initiated the returns process before the end of the year.**

And email Customer Service  (customerservice@polarfeet.com) with your name, order number (if possible), tracking, and what you are returning.

We suggest you use USPS 1st Class Tracked--it is the cheapest and most reliable way to ship. Please send us the USPS tracking number as it will help to speed up your refund. 

Once we have received your item back and have determined that it is in NEW condition with the tags, we will process your refund/exchange. Please note: we cannot offer free returns so you will have to pay the shipping cost. Fortunately, if you use USPS as suggested it will be very reasonable. 

EXCHANGES
If you are exchanging your unworn socks and/or accessories (with hangtags attached) or slippers (no marks on the soles or blemishes) for another size or color, please email us at customerservice@polarfeet.com to let us know your order number and what you will be sending back (with tracking number if possible to help things along) and what you would like in exchange. You will be responsible for shipping costs to us, but we won't charge to send exchanged product to you. Once we have received the product back and it has been determined to be in new condition, we will ship the exchange.

Please note: we cannot guarantee that we will have your desired exchange products in stock, but if not, we will be in touch to ask you about alternatives.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift Cards

  • Clearance items - clearance items are final sale, however, if you have an issue within 30 days of receiving them you can reach out to our customer service for assistance.

  • Sale items - sale items cannot be refunded, however, we are happy to exchange or credit.

  • Items purchased from any online vendor other than Polar Feet

  • Items purchased through resale shops or other non-retail vendors. 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

All our products are carefully made by hand. Although rare, on occasion we do get return requests for defective merchandise. Please contact us and let us know what happened and provide a photo. After review, Polar Feet will send a credit (gift card code) for the value of the defective merchandise. 

In most cases, Polar Feet will not ask to have the merchandise returned. If Polar Feet does ask that the defective merchandise be returned, it will be at the expense of Polar Feet.
