Review an item before it is sent?

Purchased the item today. Don’t have the item yet. A review is not possible. The confirmation of the purchase has the wrong size. Replied immediately. The is the second time I’ve tried to order. Hope it can be caught before being sent. Checking out on the web site was difficult.
